香蕉蛋糕 (重奶油)


在选香蕉食谱的当儿, 选来选去不是海绵就是满分。。。
最后又把吴老师的书翻翻下,终于有收获了.
虽然是重奶油蛋糕,但烘烤出来的蛋糕吃起来不油不腻。。。 好吃.!




食谱:参考Alex Goh@创意西式蛋糕

A.
250克 牛油
200克 幼砂糖

B.
5粒 鸡蛋

C.
300克 面粉
1 大匙 牛奶粉
1 茶匙 发粉

D.
200克 香蕉 (压烂)+ 盐 少许


1. 将 A 搅拌至松发。
2. 加入B搅拌至松发和光滑。
3. 加入已筛过的 C & D 搅拌均匀。
4. 将面糊倒入已铺上油纸的7 寸的模里, 170度烤 60分钟。

      谢谢你参与我们举办的吴景发的活动。做奶油蛋糕有一定的难度,最怕卡油了。你做的香蕉蛋糕做得真好,看起来组织绵密又松软,很诱人,很想马上做一个试试看。:)
