农历新年的脚步越来越近了。。。
穿新衣喝汽水拿红包是小孩最开心的。
还有大家能聚在一起也是种福气。
做了几回这凤梨酥,还是百吃不腻,喜欢它那酥酥又香香的味道。
再配上有点酸酸的凤梨馅,真是“赞”!!!
食谱参考鲸鱼老师,花主席
材料:凤梨酥(皮)
牛油 250克 (我用Lescure Butter)
糖粉 40克
B蛋黄 4个
炼乳 1汤匙 (我没加)
低筋面粉 380克
牛奶粉 60克
市售凤梨馅 1kg克
准备:四方形凤梨酥模子(无粘) 24个
份量:四方形:皮 32克/凤梨馅 24克
做法:
1)牛油+糖粉搅拌至松发后,加入蛋黄和练奶搅拌均匀。
2)最后筛入低筋面粉和牛奶粉搅拌成面团。
3)取出适量饼皮包入馅料,再搓圆放入模子里压平,
然后放在铺了烤纸的烤盘上。
4)烤箱预热后,150烘烤25分钟或金黄色便可。
5)烘好后,把凤梨酥取出放在铁架上待凉后,封密收藏。
