班兰鸡蛋糕


喜欢刚蒸好的鸡蛋糕有着香香的班兰味,把它与black coffee配上, 简直"赞". (这纯粹是我个人的口味,嘻嘻!)



做法:

细糖 200克
蛋 200克 (连壳一起称)
班兰精化素  2大匙
面粉135克 (过筛)


1)鸡蛋与细糖一起打发,再把班兰汁加入继续打至变白。(面糊可画圈圈而不会马上消失)
2)把面粉加入(1)里,用打蛋器搅成均匀的面糊。
3)把面糊倒入纸杯里,放入热锅里,大火蒸20分钟即可。
