榛果巧克力饼


我的2014 农历年饼终于都亮相了。

我把杏仁该成榛果,所以就不能叫它“London Almond" 了。






食谱: 蓝老师
材料:
榛果 100克 (预先烤香)
杏仁粒 100克 (预先烤香)

饼料:
a:
牛油 250克
糖粉 125克
蛋 1 粒
蛋黄 1 粒
vanilla香精 1小匙
b:
面粉 300克
杏仁粉 200克

c:
巧克力块 大概200克

1. 把牛油与糖粉搅均,再把鸡蛋与香精加入搅均。
2. 再把面粉与杏仁粉加入搅成团。
3. 取一小粒面团包上一粒榛果再搓圆,重复至完。
4. 150度 烤8分钟。 (视个人烤箱而定)
5. 把巧克力块切成小块,再放到微波炉叮1分钟,拿出再搅至融化。
6. 把已烤熟的饼干放入融化巧克力里,用筷子把已沾上巧克力的饼干放入纸杯里,再撒上杏仁粒,即可。

  6. good morning yen, i hv not eaten london almond cookies before..i know it's quite a popular cookies so i think it must be good..and the best thing about making your own is that you can choose whatever nuts you want to put in..just like in your case :D

    2. thanks Lena. This cookies very delicious especially used many almond powder. A bit off can eat crunchy hazenut with chocolate.
